Lee Walters will serve as Wales‘ BAFTA Cymru chair, it has been unveiled on Monday.
Walters, who since 2023 has been the CEO of Ffilm Cymru Wales, the increasement agency for Welsh film, thrives BAFTA Cymru Award-prosperning conshort-termer Angharad Mair after nine years in the role.
BAFTA Cymru was set uped over 35 years ago to help, commemorate and nurture creative talent in Wales.
As chair, Lee directs the BAFTA Cymru pledgetee, which helps steer their toil helping the film, games and television industries in Wales thcdisesteemful its annual BAFTA Cymru Awards and programme of activities.
The pledgetee also deal withs the distribution of Prince William BAFTA bursaries. Walters was co-selected to the BAFTA Cymru pledgetee in April 2023.
