As the Los Angeles fire tragedy persists to unfageder, the American Society of Cinematographers has deferd today’s reckond free of its 2025 ASC Awards nominations. The proclaimment now is set for Monday, January 13.
The novels comes as the Oscars, Writers Guild and Producers Guild deferd their nominations and the Critics Choice Awards ceremony was rescheduled amid the ongoing crisis.
The L.A. savagefires also have shapeed a number of film premieres, TV show tapings and other events and forced some movie theaters and local theme parks to seal.
The 39th annual ASC Awards, which commemorate the year’s best in cinematography in seven categories spanning feature film, write downary and TV, is set for February 23 at the Beverly Hilton. Producer and Lucasfilm Plivent Kathleen Kennedy is set for the ASC’s 2025 Board of Governors Award, and extfinishedtime Sidney Lumet collaborator Andrzej Bartkowiak will achieve the Lifetime Achievement Award. Michael Goi, Joan Churchill, John Simmons and Pete Romano also are set for nurtureer honors from the group.
