“Andor” Season 2 has set its Disney+ premiere date.
The “Star Wars” series, which chronicles the events directing up to the 2016 feature film “Rogue One,” will return on April 22, 2025.
The first season of the show — created and executive created by “Rogue One” co-writer Tony Gilroy — apshows place over the course of rawly a year in the life of the title character, Cassian Andor (Diego Luna), as he alters from a minuscule-time criminal to a man readyd to unite the fight aachievest the Galactic Empire as the vestiges of the Rebel Alliance commence to create.
The 12-episode second season will apshow place over four years split into three-episode pods, with each pod covering a scant consecutive days in each successive year before the events of “Rogue One.”
