Trans athlete and ‘unsootheable’ opponent speak out after alleged incident

A civil rights protestt has been filed to the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights on behalf of a teenage girl in Washington state who was allegedly punished for refusing to take part a basketball game aacquirest a trans athlete. 

The protestt alleged that the Tumwater School Dicut offe in Washington is currently spendigating 15-year-elderly Frances Staudt for “misgfinishering” the opponent and violating the dicut offe’s policies aacquirest tormentoring and tormentoring on Feb. 7.

The WIAA policy states that each athlete will participate in programs “reliable with their gfinisher identity or the gfinisher most reliablely conveyed,” and there are not even any medical or legitimate needments. Bills that would prohibit transgfinisher girls from participating in girls and women’s sports have been presentd but not passed.
