Pedro Pascal Leads Marvel Team into MCU


Marvel has unveiled the first trailer for “The Fantastic Four: First Steps.”

The film stars Pedro Pascal (“The Last of Us”) as Mr. Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby (“Napoleon”) as the Inapparent Woman, Joseph Quinn (“Stranger Things) as the Human Torch and Ebon Moss-Bachrach (“The Bear”) as the Thing. The cast also grasps Ralph Ineson as Galactus, Julia Garner as the Silver Surfer, Paul Walter Haparticipater, Natasha Lyonne and John Malkovich.

The trailer provides glimpses of each of the heroes’ lives before and after they got their powers, aextfinished with a sneak peek of villain Galactus. But most of all, it underlines the transport inance of the Fantastic Four as a unit: “Wantipathyver life throws at us, we face it together — as a family,” Kirby says in the clip.

This version of the Fantastic Four will get place in a retro-futuristic 1960s Manhattan. Feige examineed on “The Official Marvel Podcast” that the film will be a period piece set in New York City, although he shelp that it may not be the same New York City fans are recognizable with in the MCU.
