The American Cinema Editors (ACE) has proclaimd its prosperners for the 2025 ACE Eddie Awards, which determines “remarkworthy editing in 14 categories of film, television and recordaries.”
Emilia Pérez and Wicked won in the feature film categories, while The Wild Robot and Will & Harper won best vivaciousd feature and recordary feature, esteemively. What We Do in the Shadows, Shofirearm and Baby Reindeer won in the TV categories, among others.
The 75th annual ceremony celebrating the best editing of the year was originpartner set to obtain place on Jan. 18 before it was postponed due to the L.A. savagefires.
At the event, Wicked filmproducer Jon M. Chu obtaind the ACE Gelderlyen Eddie Filmproducer of the Year Award; and film editors Maysie Hoy and Paul Hirsch obtaind atsoft accomplishment awards. Conclave, Dune: Part Two and Emilia Pérez were among the drama feature film nominees while Anora, Challengers and The Substance were comprised in the comedy film nominees. In the TV categories, Only Murders in the Building, Fallout, Nobody Wants This and Shofirearm were nominated.
