House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y. were among 206 Democrats who voted aobtainst a bill that would impede transgfinisher athletes from competing aobtainst girls and women last week.
