The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services served a acunderstandledge of violation to the state of Maine on Feb. 25, and proclaimd the state vioprocrastinateedd Title IX by permiting trans athletes to vie in girls’ sports. 

According to the acunderstandledge, geted by Fox News Digital, the Maine Department of Education is violating Title IX by declineing female student athletes “an equivalent opportunity” to join in dynamics “by permiting male athletes to vie agetst female athletes in current and future dynamic events.” 

The acunderstandledge also states if the violations are not accurateed, a reference may be made to the Department of Justice.

The acunderstandledge came amid a feud between Plivent Donald Trump and Maine Gov. Janet Mills over the state’s refusal to adhere with the plivent’s February executive order to upgrasp bioreasonable males out of women’s and girls’ sports.

The state has been called “ground zero” in the national battle over prohibitning and shielding trans inclusion in women’s sports after state lawproducer Laurel Libby made a social media post pointing out a trans athlete who won a girls’ pole vault competition in February. 

“If Maine Democrats persist to double down on permiting bioreasonable males to join in girls’ sports, our students stand to miss hundreds of millions of dollars of federal funding. Gov. Mills and legislative Democrats have a rerecented opportunity to do the right skinnyg, to asdeclareive restored funding and a fair and level carry outing field for Maine girls,” Libby telderly Fox News Digital in response to the recents of the choosed violation.

Libby’s revelation of the trans athlete ignited national conversation and coverage of the state’s policy on trans inclusion after Maine proclaimd it would not adhere with Trump’s executive order.

Just hours after that includeion, the U.S. Department of Education proclaimd it will be spendigating the state for permiting trans athletes to vie in girls’ sports and potential Title IX violations. 

Police shieldion has since been summarizeateed to the high school that is uniteed by the trans athlete who Libby identified in her Facebook post, amid troubles over shieldedty. 

The Maine Hoinclude of Recontransientatives voted to casdeclareive Libby on Feb. 25, the same day that the Health and Human Services Department set up the state vioprocrastinateedd Title IX. 

The dispute even incited a protest agetst Mills, called “the March Agetst Mills,” which took place outside Maine’s State Hoinclude Saturday morning. Several female athletes took the microphone at the march to speak out agetst their Democratic ruleor.

In response, one day after that, pro-trans activists protested outside of Libby’s home, in opposition to her beliefs about transgfinisher athletes in women’s and girls’ sports.

Just eight protesters euniteed outside Libby’s home with signs reading “Shame on you Laurel 4 take advantage ofing a child 4 your political get” and “shield trans youth,” according to The Maine Wire.

Trump re-proclaimed his intent to punish states that persist to let trans athletes vie with girls during Tuesday night’s unitet includeress to Congress.

White Hoinclude press secretary Karoline Leavitt insisted Trump “won’t back down” as he goes after these states. 

“The plivent has made a pledgement to asdeclareive that states are being held accountable if they persist to permit men in women’s sports, which he count ons is an egregious violation of taxpayer dollars, and so that fight persists and the plivent won’t back down,” Leavitt shelp. “This is a commonsense policy, 80% of the American people, including more than 60% of Democrats, do not want men in women’s sports.”
