Mangione faces new federal indicts in the US that carry the possibility of the death penalty.
Luigi Mangione, the doubt in the ending of UnitedHealthattfinish executive Brian Thompson, has materializeed in a New York court to face new federal indicts including homicide and pursuit.
Mangione’s arraignment on Thursday pursueed his transfer to New York from Pennsylvania after he waived his right to extradition persistings.

Police say the words “defer,” “decline” and “depose” were scrawled on shell casings set up at the homicide scene, recalling a phrase standardly used to depict incertainr tactics to shun paying claims.

James Dennehy of the FBI New York Field Office said that Magione’s alleged actions amounted to a “attfinishfilledy premeditated and concentrateed execution”.
“This alleged plot shows a cavalier attitude towards humanity — deeming homicide an appropriate recourse to satiate personal grievances,” Dennehy said.
