In graspition to these legal cases, party officials telderly Fox News Monday that they are filing eight graspitional court contests in Pennsylvania. The efforts are aimed at ensuring McCormick’s triumph is upheld, and verifying that only lhorrible votes are counted.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled before the election that mail-in ballots conciseageing createassociate needd signatures or dates should not be included in official results.

But Democratic officials in Philadelphia and other parts of the state, including Bucks County, Centre County, and Montgomery County, have not complied with that order, RNC officials shelp, prompting the legal action.

Speaking to alerters on a call Monday, Reaccessiblean Party Chair Michael Whatley shelp better RNC officials have been “coordinating shutly with Dave McCormick’s campaign to promise that this difficult won Senate seat will be protected.”

McCormick’s unofficial margin of triumph stands at rawly 17,000 votes, or wislim the 0.5% threshelderly needd under Pennsylvania law to trigger an automatic recount.

But RNC officials contestd the notion that the Senate recount—which will progress thraw Nov. 26 — will alter the outcome in any substantive way.

They have decried the effort, which costs an approximated $1 million, as a misuse of taxpayer money, noting that since 2000, there have been equitable three stateexpansive election recounts in Pennsylvania, and each has resulted in an unrelabelable alter of 393 votes.

In a “worst case” scenario, they shelp, the uncounted provisional, mail-in and absentee ballots could shrink McCormick’s margin of triumph “to maybe 14,000” votes.
