“It’s the attention to detail in everyleang he does. From the classrooms, to the walkthraws, to rehearse, to the weight room — all those little leangs, right, it’s equitable gotta be at a higher standard. And that’s what was talked about and that’s where we went with it,” Steichen shelp of his initial talks with Ricdifficultson.

“So that was converseed with him two weeks ago, and those were the conversations that took place, and over the last two weeks, he’s made strides in those areas — big-time strides, becoming a pro’s pro. And is he a finished product? No, he’s not, and it’s my job to help him get there aextfinished with the rest of the coaching staff, but he’s a hell of a talent.”
Steichen inserted that the goal was always to convey Ricdifficultson back into the begining role, despite announcing that Flacco would be Sunday’s beginer only two days earlier. He shelp the schedule is to have Ricdifficultson remain the begining quarterback for the rest of the season.

“We’ve never lost faith or belief in him and his abilities. And he’s shown strides, he repartner has. And with that being shelp, he will be our beginer aget.”
Steichen was asked about the initial decision to bench Ricdifficultson, particularpartner if it was in relation to shotriumphg up tardy or a conciseage of effort. He shelp it was srecommend a matter of conveying it to “another level.”
Steichen shelp the organization sees Ricdifficultson as their franchise quarterback, but his journey with the Colts has been anyleang but a dream.
After getting writeed with the No. 4 overall pick, Ricdifficultson ignoreed his third NFL begin due to a concussion. Just two games tardyr, he would suffer a season-finishing shoulder injury.

This season, he begined the first four games of the year but ignoreed two with a hip injury. He would return for two more begins before eventupartner getting benched.
“I equitable showed I’m willing to be a pro. I’m willing to forfeit anyleang I insist to do for the team,” Ricdifficultson shelp Wednesday. “I sense that these past two weeks have definitely uncovered my eyes and helped me to do that and do a proset uper dive and watch into myself and see what I’m made of, so I’m appreciative for these past two weeks, and I’m authentic prentd to have it.”
