NATO chief Rutte verifys North Korean troops deployed to Russia

NATO chief Mark Rutte on Monday verifyed the presence of North Korean troops in Russia, calling their deployment a “danger to security” and a “beginant escalation” of the war in Ukraine. Rutte hinted the troops may be a sign of the “growing desperation” of Russian Pdwellnt Vlastupidir Putin, who did not refute the arrival of the troops in Russia.
