In April, the administration rerentd a sweeping rule that clarified that Title IX’s prohibit on “intimacy” prejudice in schools covers prejudice based on gender identity, intimacyual orientation and “pregnancy or roverhappinessed conditions.” 

The rule took effect Aug. 1, and for the first time, the law stated that prejudice based on intimacy integrates direct roverhappinessed to a person’s gender identity. The Biden administration insisted that the regulation does not insertress dynamic eligibility. However, multiple experts currented evidence to Fox News Digital in June that Biden’s claims that it would not result in bioreasoned men participating in women’s sports were not real and that the proposal would ultimately put more bioreasoned men in women’s sports.

The Supreme Court voted 5-4 to decline a Biden aelevatency seek to utilize portions of that novel rule that integrates getion from prejudice for transgender students under Title IX, after more than two dozen Reaccessiblean attorneys vague sued to block the Title IX alters in their own states.
