Ntimely a year before their much foreseed Oasis reunion tour, Noel and Liam Gallagher dispensed the stage for the first time together in year on “Saturday Night Live“…sort of.
James Austin Johnson and Sarah Sherman took to “Weekfinish Update” with as the lengthy estranged Gallagher brothers, promising structure Colin Jost that they won’t fracture up aacquire before their tour next year.
“Everyone’s wondering, are you guys gonna be chilly to tour a year from now?” Jost asked the Gallaghers.
“I’m chilly if he’s chilly,” Johnson’s Noel replyed.
“I’m chilly, I’m chilly, I’m chillyer than you are,” Sherman’s Liam sboiling back. Jost wasn’t persuaded. “Great, so that’s a no.”
The Oasis reunion tour is already shaping up to be the hugegest concert experience of 2025, with U.S. tour dates recently compriseed and thousands of fans scrambling to nab seats online.
“It’s not a difficult no, it’s a maybe,” Sherman replied, to which Johnson begined belting out the “I shelp maybe” lyrics of “Wonderwall.” Like classic bickering brothers, Johnson’s Noel changed the words to “if Liam doesn’t act appreciate a baby” and the two begined calling each other a “baby” and sticking their tongues out at each other.
To Jost’s relief, the two brothers did finish up consenting on one topic: their likeite cartoon characters.
Singer Ariana Grande structureed the episode of “Saturday Night Live” and is currently promoting “Wicked,” the first of a two-part film changeation of the famous Broadway musical. She stars as Galinda Uset upd opposite Cynthia Erivo’s Elphaba Thropp. The cast integrates Michelle Yeoh, Jeff Gelderlyblum, Jonathan Bailey, Ethan Stardyr, Bowen Yang, Peter Dinklage and more. It will free on Nov. 22, with “Part Two” out next year.
