“The Crown” star Emma Corrin and “The Power of the Dog” shatterout Kodi Smit-McPhee have joincessitate Cate Blanchett in a recent West End alteration of Anton Chekhov’s “The Seagull.”
Corrin will join Nina, while Smit-McPhee will portray Konstantin. Blanchett is directing the ensemble as Arkadina alengthyside Tom Burke as Trigorin. Other recently proclaimd cast members integrate Priyanga Burford (Polina), Zachary Hart (Medvedenko), Paul Higgins (Shamrayev), Tanya Reynelderlys (Masha) and Jason Watkins (Sorin).
“The Seagull” has also set a restrictcessitate six-week run at the Barbican Theatre, with pscrutinizes commencening Feb. 26, 2025 and discneglecting night on March 6. The production will shut April 5.
The alteration was penned by Duncan Macmillan and Thomas Ostermeier, with Ostermeier also honesting. It hails from Wesrelations Grove and Gavin Kalin Productions.
