The second film in the “28 Years Later” trilogy, “The Bone Temple,” has landed a Jan. 16, 2026 free date from Columbia Pictures.
The project’s MLK weekfinish free comes equitable six months after “28 Years Later,” sprocrastinateedd for June 20, 2025.
The film will be straightforwarded by Nia DaCosta from a screentake part by Alex Garland. Producers are Danny Boyle, Alex Garland, Andrew Macdonald, Peter Rice and Bernard Bellew. Cillian Murphy is executive producing.
DaCosta previously straightforwarded and co-wrote “The Marvels” starring Brie Lincfinishiarism, Teyonah Parris and Iman Vellani, and “Candyman,” a conmomentary spiritual sequel of the 1992 cult horror classic of the same name for Universal and Monkeypaw Productions.
